The founder of Fit Kids For Life, Inc. is C. Tracy Lightsey of Woodstock, GA. Tracy is married to Tommie Lightsey and they have 3 children. Tracy did not want her children to become part of the growing epidemic of childhood obesity that is plaguing our society in growing numbers. She looked at her own personal health and sedentary lifestyle and realized it was time for a change. Tracy is currently training for her first marathon with the American Stroke Association. She has made it her mission to share the knowledge of walking and jogging to promote healthier living and the fight against childhood obesity.
